GETTING UNDER THE SKIN

You have to "taste" the local stuff for a real Transylvanian experience.

- See how it’s produced and taste the natural honey right from the beehive! (do not attempt that yourself…)
- Listen to local stories with giants and dragons
- Taste the good wine from Biertan and the home-made apple juice from the area
- Try a drinking session with “Palinca” (a local brandy) together  side by side with exuberant locals
- Listen to an organ concert in “Biserica Neagra” - Black Church (Brasov)
- Find out the real story of Dracula (where does the name came from and how some real historic facts became a very popular, selling, successful legend)

FOCUS
Copsa Mare / Grosskopisch
A free commune of the old Fundus Regius, Copsa Mare used to have some of the most vast and famous vineyards of the region, "The Wine Country". Two churches are mentioned as being used in this town. In the early 14th century, the holy service was recorded as being held in a three-nave gothic basilica; a 1283 document introduces the hypothesis of an earlier church.
