Brasov, 18 March 2008 - BEST Film Festival - the first festival – competition for students in Brasov

BEST Film Festival is a festival-competion for both students and graduates, but also for highschool pupils. The organiser of this event, the Student Association Best Brasov is pleased to invite you to the festival on the 18th of March at the Reduta Cultural Center in Brasov.

At this year's second edition, the BEST Film Festival wants to promote Romanian young talents in the cinema field by oferring two sections for them to apply to: short film and film made with the mobile phone without an imposed theme. This way the boundaries of the technical restraints are surpassed and the creation of original art works is encouraged.
