ICon Arts in Cisnadie

ICon Arts is an unique event in Romania and Europe. It gathers an international course of contemporary arts, a contest and a concert festival.

ICon Arts is the living proof that Romania can offer a cultural and natural excellent environment, and a lot of possibilities for professional developing. ICon Arts teachers have international fame, and they represent the artists’ elite. ICon Arts quest is teaching and educating young people to be better artists and to encourage the audience to be interested in contemporary art. All ICon Arts concerts and shows have free entrance.



ICon Arts location - Sibiu County can be attractive for all kind of tourists. Culturally speaking, the museums and the history monuments offer a great variety of attractions. The main organizers, UCIMR - the Romanian Musicians ‘ Association of Performers ‘ Creation and Exces Music, support most of the taxes, offering for more students better chances to participate to a great professional experience, for a low cost.
During Jul 30 – Aug 7, you can also participate to a new workshop funded by British Council and organized by Exces Music: Successful Arts in Contemporary Environment, which targets to offer a broad view for composers and musicologists regarding professional and entrepreneurial skills.
