Transylvania, with its name coming from Latin ultra silvam (beyond the forest), is one of the most interesting and surprising regions of Romania. The „Lole” Parade

The ancient custom, named „Urzelnlauf” in German was celebrated this year from 11th to 13th of February in Agnita, Sibiu, Cincu and Marpod.
The event was organized by the Guild Association of Agnita, the HOG Agnita, the County Council of Sibiu, the Democratic Forum of the Germans in Sibiu, the Emil Sigerus ethnographic museum, the Hartibaciuliu Valley Museum and the European Institute of Cultural Routes.
It marked the 100th anniversary of the first joint parade of the craft guilds and presented to the public the custom Lole from Agnita in its original form.

Reichesdorf, Reichersdorf, Hungarian Riomfalva) shares his beautiful memories using the Saxon dialect, about Transylvanian places that he loved and refused to leave, although it was against the historical constellation of the time.
