Two blond lads between the Balkans and Caucaus!
12 jun 2009 AD

First exhibtion is in the fortified church of Apold, in Transylvania, on the 20th June at 7pm.

The two (blond) boys from Dresden-  Ludwig Giersch (musician & graphic designer) and Micul Dejun (student of humanities & lyric
poet) - stayed until the summer 2007 half a year in Sibiu, the European Capital of Culture. From there, they crossed over the Carpathians and started their journey to the Caucasus.

On the road with the question "And where is Europe right now?" & equipped with a sign, pencil and a notebook they stayed in pedestrian
areas, parks & squares in the towns collecting stories, thoughts, feelings and ideas.

Those impressions will be shown during the summer of 2009. So they take it back to the visited countries.

FOCUS
Biertan / Birthaelm
The folks of Biertan, sensible people but with a tendency to be on the stingy side, claimed that the people of Medias, who were up to no good, had tricked them. The story goes that, long ago, representatives of the two burgs were sent to the King so he would decide which one of the two would be the capital for the seat of the county.
